As people who are active and current members of the forum are respoding to this thread, I very much understand everyone only looking at this through your own personal subjective viewpoint (which is ''make forums less spammy, eradicate all duplicate posts, punish those who don't spend as much time on here as I do''). I get that.

But whats wrong with politely saying ''heres the answer, next time please go to the forum serach and use it. it'll save you some time''. Job done. end of it.

A ''new'' customer, or someone who isn't famailiar with the complete forum structure will be more inclined to learn the lesson having someone 'human' respond, rather than just blatent abuse. A shocking idea for many of you I know.....

TLDR = The forum community who are replying here should be flaming n00bs, not 'mods' or customer representatives.
